The colour Game Boy arrived just in time for Pokemon to make the line feel new again. It kept the old cartridges, doubled the CPU speed for Color games and added infrared for the handful of titles that used it. The clear purple shell is the one everybody remembers, and the screen is still reflective and unlit.
