The Amiga as a workstation: a big desktop case with Zorro II slots and PC bridgeboard options, which is how the Amiga got into television studios. The Video Toaster ran in one of these and changed what a small production company could do. Slow by 1987 standards without an accelerator, but the expansion is the whole point and there is a great deal of it about.
