The PC Engine and its CD-ROM add-on built into one unit — and the CD-ROM² was the first CD add-on for any console, in 1988, years before Sega's. The Duo is the tidy way to have both. The capacitors in the CD section fail as a matter of course, so a recapped unit is the one to buy.
