MGT SAM Coupé

MGT · 1989

The Spectrum's would-be successor, from Miles Gordon Technology in 1989: a 6MHz Z80, 256K, proper graphics modes, a six-channel sound chip and a Spectrum emulation mode. It arrived four years too late into a 16-bit market and the company failed twice. Beloved by a small, active community and genuinely good hardware.
