RMC Multisystem 2

An all-in-one MiSTer, built around the Terasic DE10-Nano FPGA board that the project otherwise expects you to assemble yourself from a stack of separate parts. RMC's carrier gives it the ports the stack never had -- controllers, video, storage and expansion on one board in one case. What it is at any moment is whichever core is loaded, so it is catalogued here as the hardware it is rather than as the machines it becomes.
