One of the three machines that started personal computing in 1977, and the one built like office equipment: a metal case with the screen, keyboard and tape drive all in it, ready to work out of the box. The original chiclet keyboard is dreadful and is what marks an early machine. Sold hard into schools and laboratories, where a great many stayed in service for a decade.
